In-House Design

Our engineering team – 15 professionals with varied expertise – often gets involved at a project’s very early stages. They help develop the best possible part, efficiently and economically. We use our expertise to help with design for manufacturing and create a partnership involving the customer, É«»¨Ìà and the foundry.

Here’s an overview of some of the services we provide:

• In-house design team/fixture building; able to provide designs/tooling in very short lead times
• Cost-effective input on casting/machining designs prior to launch, including design review and APQP meetings
• Rapid prototype services for cast and machine tools
• In-house robotic and PLC programming

In addition, our continuous improvement team stays on top of the latest technologies, identifying relevant applications that could benefit our customers.
